The Credit Operations Associate supports the Credit Manager by administering credit qualifications, enforcing collection policies, and managing customer payment relationships to minimize financial exposure and ensure operational accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, head of the Credit Department, the Credit Operations Associate will support all credit and collection activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Administer credit qualification processes and establish recommended credit limits
- Monitor and enforce Credit Policies and Procedures around collections, payments, etc
- Provide reporting visibility of exposure to sales team and management
- Meet with customers regularly regarding payment status
- Liaise with external counsel as needed on collection efforts
- Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
- Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time
Competencies:
- Must possess strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office products with strong skills in excel
- Must be able to work independently and across the various teams at Iron Sheepdog
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of broker prospects, and helping expand Iron Sheepdog’s footprint across targeted submarkets. What You’ll Do
Prospect & Build Pipeline
Identify and pursue new broker opportunities in assigned markets and submarkets. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market research.
Develop Relationships
Build trust with broker owners, dispatchers, and market decision-makers. Understand their business, challenges, and growth goals, and position Iron Sheepdog as a valuable long-term partner.
Manage the Sales Process
Own opportunities from first conversation through qualification, pursue plan, close, and implementation handoff. Keep pipeline activity organized and up to date in the CRM.
Drive Market Growth
Help expand density within existing markets while supporting strategic entry into new submarkets. Stay close to market activity, contractor opportunities, broker movement, and competitive dynamics.
